Aaron previously served as Chief Operating Officer of The OpenGov Foundation, a DC-based nonprofit working to bring private sector technology and innovation to public institutions. Prior to arriving at Oxford, Aaron led several initiatives to improve IraqвЂ™s entrepreneurial ecosystem, including building an international coalition of government leaders, venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs to push for economic reforms and helping develop the Kurdistan Region of IraqвЂ™s first university-based startup incubator. He is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Oxford SaГЇd Business School, where he is a Skoll Scholar and a Director of the Oxford Seed Fund.
